What to take into account:
The Nostalgic Photographer with assistant needs a minimum of 5 x 4 meters of free space with a table, chairs and a 220 volt power point.
He also brings an extension cord, studio lights, an external flash, and all other materials. A photo frame is available, provided it's in PNG format, 3:2/10 x 15, 300 dpi, and the center is transparent.
It takes approximately 1.5 hours to set up and approximately 45 minutes to take down.
