Can I place a non-binding option?

You can also request a quote, place an option, or submit a final booking by sending an email or calling us. You will then receive a free quote or option. An option is valid for 14 days, or 7 days or less during busy periods. It expires automatically unless notified in advance and the item is still available. The terms and conditions applicable to the Oud Hollands Entertainment you requested can be sent to you. Read the Terms and Conditions here.

We have a Withholding Tax Declaration for paying artists. The Dutch Tax and Customs Administration has issued this declaration as proof of filing payroll taxes and paying social security contributions.

When will I receive the contract and invoice?

If you would like to book based on the quote, please let us know by email or phone. You will receive a digital contract. We would like to receive one signed copy, after which you will receive a signed copy for your records. This confirms the booking. You will receive the invoice approximately one month before the event date, which must be paid no later than two weeks before the event date. Advance payment is also required for last-minute bookings. Purchase terms and conditions of the other party are explicitly rejected, as per Article 6:225 of the Dutch Civil Code.

What am I supposed to take care of?

This website already lists information for each entertainment event, including dimensions, electricity, changing rooms, refreshments, and parking. Make sure you're well-informed! Don't hesitate to call or email us with your questions.

If my event is public, should I promote it?

If your event is public, think carefully about your promotion. You can't do without it!
