The liqueurs of 30% alcohol are poured by our, in 50s dressed ladies, into small plastic glasses. As an addition there are boards with cheese, sausage, onions, grapes and nuts.

Your stall or tables (preferably 4 meters) are tastefully decorated with the Old Dutch delicious candy. Guidance is dressed in matching outfits, handmade to 1900/1920 design: maid costumes.

This stall only needs a space of about 2.5 x 2.5 m. Standard we bake on gas, with a capacity of 100 servings per hour.
When you want us inside a building, and should not use gas? No problem, we bake electric (220 volts, 2500 watts) with a capacity of 60 servings per hour.
Unique in the Netherlands is our kastanjepoffer or Popping chestnuts.
The peasant comes to your Christmas or winter market and to pop chestnuts from a atmospheric stall. In the chestnut he carves a cross so it won't explode whill cooking. The preparation takes 2 hours before it can be eaten.
